JonathanE Store currently operates on a pickup-only basis.

We do not offer shipping, delivery, or freight services at this time.

All orders must be picked up by the customer at the designated pickup location.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order is ready for pickup.

Please ensure that your contact information is accurate when placing an order.

Pickup Requirements

To collect your order, you may be asked to provide:

Order confirmation email
Valid government-issued photo identification
Proof of payment, if requested

Orders may only be released to the person named on the order unless prior arrangements have been approved.

Pickup Timeframe

Customers are encouraged to collect their orders within 14 days after receiving pickup notification.

If an order is not collected within this timeframe and no communication is received, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, subject to any applicable processing fees.

Missed Pickups

If you are unable to pick up your order during the designated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative pickup date.
