Pickup Only Policy

All products purchased from JonathanE Store are available for local pickup only. We do not offer shipping or delivery services at this time.

Customers will receive pickup instructions after their order is confirmed.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of pickup.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned with the product.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products showing signs of use.

  • Products damaged after pickup.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Gift cards (if applicable).

  • Products returned without original packaging.

Refunds

Once your returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase, including:

  • PayPal

  • Square

  • Walmart Marketplace approved payment methods

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged product

We will review the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before pickup confirmation.

Once an order has been picked up, it will be subject to the Return Policy outlined above.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for defective products when replacement inventory is available.
